2023 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 6-ին Սահմանադրական դատարանի նախագահն ընդունել է Երևանում Եվրոպայի խորհրդի գրասենյակի ղեկավար Մարտինա Շմիդտին։ 

ՍԴ նախագահը բարձր է գնահատել Եվրոպայի խորհրդի դերը Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում ժողովրդավարական ինստիտուտների զարգացման, մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության գործում։ Արման Դիլանյանը կարևորել է Սահմանադրական դատարանի և ԵԽ երևանյան գրասենյակի համագործակցությունը՝ ընդգծելով համատեղ իրականացված ծրագրերի բարձր արդյունավետությունը։ 

ԵԽ երևանյան գրասենյակի ղեկավար Մարտինա Շմիդտը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել ՀՀ Սահմանադրական դատարանի նախագահին՝ Բարձր դատարանի բաց և պատրաստակամ համագործակցության համար, ինչ էլ ավելի է ամրապնդել երկկողմ համագործակցությունն ու նպաստել բարեփոխումների իրականացմանը։ 

Մարտինա Շմիտդը ԵԽ կողմից պատրաստակամություն է հայտնել շարունակելու համագործակցությունը ինստիտուցիոնալ բարեփոխումների ուղղությամբ
