«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է. Դեռ 2018 թվականի հուլիսի 20-ին Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հայտարարում էր, որ վարչապետի լիազորությունները նվազեցնելու ուղղությամբ քայլեր ձեռնարկելու մտադրություն է առկա։ Դրանից հետո նրա քայլերը հակասում են հայտարարություններին։

Բանն այն է, որ Փաշինյանին եւս մեկ լիազորություն կտրվի։ Այսուհետ ԱԱԾ ծառայության տնօրենին եւ նրա տեղակալներին կնշանակի եւ կազատի ոչ թե նախագահը, այլ վարչապետը։ Որպես հիմնավորում՝ նշվում է այն հանգամանքը, որ ծառայությունը ենթակա է հենց վարչապետին։

Այսպիսով, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին եւս մեկ լիազորություն կտրվի, իսկ նախկինում նույն Փաշինյանը բողոքում էր սուպերվարչապետությունից:
