Նոյեմբերի 28-ին Հնդկաստանում ՀՀ դեսպան Վահագն Աֆյանն իր հավատարմագրերն է հանձնել Հնդկաստանի Հանրապետության նախագահ Դրուպադի Մուրմուին: Հայտնել է ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունը։

Հնդկաստանի նախագահական պալատում կայացած հավատարմագրերի հանձնման հանդիսավոր արարողությանը հաջորդած առանձնազրույցի ընթացքում ՀՀ դեսպանը նշել է, որ Հայաստանը մեծ կարևորություն է տալիս Հնդկաստանի պատմամշակութային և հաստատուն ժողովրդավարական արժեքներով հարուստ ավանդույթներին, ինչպես նաև զարգացող տնտեսական առաջընթաց գրանցող երկկողմ կապերին:

Հանդիպմանը Հնդկաստանի Հանրապետության նախագահն անդրադարձել է Հնդկաստանի տարբեր շրջաններում հայկական դարավոր ներկայության, վերջին շրջանում երկկողմ համագործակցության տարբեր բնագավառների ակտիվության և մի շարք ծրագրերում երիտասարդների ներգրավվածությանը խթանող հետագա քայլերի ձեռնարկման նշանակությանը:
