«Հրապարակ» թերթը գրում է. ՀՀ բարձրտեխնոլոգիական արդյունաբերության նախարար Ռոբերտ Խաչատրյանը վերջին շրջանում հաճախ է հայտնվում մամուլի ուշադրության կենտրոնում՝ սկանդալային պատմություններով։ Վերջերս էլ հայտնի դարձավ, որ ԲՏԱ նախարարությունը մեծ դրամաշնորհներ է տրամադրել գործունեությունը դադարեցրած մի շարք ընկերությունների։ Ռոբերտ Խաչատրյանը նախարար նշանակվեց նախկին նախարար Վահագն Խաչատուրյանի՝ նախագահ դառնալուց հետո` հենց նորանշանակ նախագահի միջնորդությամբ:

Դեռ ամիսներ առաջ տեղեկություններ կային, որ Խաչատրյանին ազատելու են, եւ նա տեղափոխվելու է իր հովանավորի` ՀՀ նախագահի աշխատակազմ: Նրան փոխարինողի նոր անուն է շրջանառվում` չի բացառվում, որ սփյուռքի նախկին նախարար, «Իմ քայլը» հիմնադրամի տնօրեն Մխիթար Հայրապետյանը նշանակվի։
