Վագիֆ Խաչատրյանի դատավճռի բողոքարկումը ձևական է․ Սահակյան

Ադրբեջանցի փաստաբանը բողոքարկել է Ադրբեջանում Վագիֆ Խաչատրյանի նկատմամբ կայացված դատավճիռը, բայց չեմ կարծում, որ այս բողոքարկումը արդյունավետ կլինի, այն ձևական պաշտպանության շրջանակներում է: Մենք նախկինում էլ նման դեպքեր ենք ունեցել, և այդ բողոքարկումները ոչ մի արդյունք չեն տվել։ Այս մասին այսօր լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ ասաց Միջազգային եւ համեմատական իրավունքի կենտրոնի նախագահ, ՄԻԵԴ-ում հայ գերների իրավապաշտպան Սիրանուշ Սահակյանը։

Սահակյանը հիշեցրեց, որ նախկինում էլ, երբ եղել են բողոքարկումներ, միևնույն է, անձը դատապարտվել է նախնական որոշված տարիներով։

Հիշեցնենք, Բաքվի դատարանը ամիսներ առաջ Հակարիի անցակետից ապօրինաբար առևանգված Վագիֆ Խաչատրյանին դատապարտեց 15 տարվա ազատազրկման:
