Ալիևը հայտարարել է, թե Արցախում «զրոյից 100 բնակավայր է կառուցում», այդ թվում՝ 9 քաղաք և 8 գյուղ, գրում է Ռիա Նովոստին։

«Մենք զրոյից կառուցում ենք նոր քաղաքներ և գյուղեր։ Նախնական փուլում նախատեսվում է վերականգնել 100 բնակավայր, այդ թվում՝ 9 քաղաք և 8 գյուղ: «Մեծ վերադարձ» ծրագրի շրջանակներում այնտեղ են վերադառնում շատ մարդիկ: Մինչև 2026 թվականի վերջ 140 000 մարդ կվերադառնա»,- ասել է Ալիևը։ Նա, սակայն, չի մանրամասնել, թե որ քաղաքների մասին է խոսքը։
