Երեկ՝ նոյեմբերի 17-ին, արտակարգ դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Երևանում: Ժամը 20:25-ի սահմաններում Աջափնյակ վարչական շրջանում Երևան քաղաքի առաջին ատյանի ընդհանուր իրավասության քրեական դատարանից փախուստի է դիմել քրեկան գործով որպես մեղադրյալ` Երևանի բնակի 38-ամյա Գևորգ Սուքիասյանը: 

Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, նա դատարան էր եկել՝ նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց տնային կալանքը փոխարինվելու համար և դատավորի կողմից վճիռը հրապարակելուց հետո վերջինս դատարանի դահլիճից դուրս է գալիս և դիմում փախուստի:

Դեպքի փաստով ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության Մաշտոցի բաժնում փաստաթղթեր են ձևակերպվում: 

Ֆոտոլրագրողի տեղեկություններով` նա մեղադրվում է ՀՀ Քր օր.-ի 235 հոդվածի, 255 հոդվածի և 335 հոդվածի հատկանիշներով:
