Հայաստանը ստորագրել է Կիբերհանցագործության դեմ կոնվենցիայի լրացուցիչ արձանագրությունը

Եվրոպայի խորհրդում Հայաստանի մշտական ներկայացուցիչ, դեսպան Արման Խաչատրյանը խորհրդի գլխավոր քարտուղար Մարիա Պեյչինովիչ Բուրիչի ներկայությամբ ստորագրել է Կիբերհանցագործության դեմ կոնվենցիայի երկրորդ լրացուցիչ արձանագրությունը ընդլայնված համագործակցության և էլեկտրոնային ապացույցների բացահայտման մասին (CETS No. 224)։ Այս մասին տեղեկացնում է «Արմենպրես»-ը՝ վկայակոչելով Եվրոպայի խորհրդի տարածած հաղորդագրությունը։

Արձանագրությունը իրավական հիմք է տրամադրում տիրույթի անունի գրանցման մասին տեղեկատվության բացահայտման և բաժանորդների մասին տեղեկատվության առնչությամբ ծառայություններ մատուցողների հետ անմիջական համագործակցության, բաժանորդների և թրաֆիքի  մասին տեղեկատվության ստացման արդյունավետ միջոցների, արտակարգ իրավիճակներում անհապաղ համագործակցության, փոխօգնության գործիքների, ինչպես նաև անձնական տվյալների պաշտպանության երաշխիքների համար:
