ԱՄՆ դադարեցրել է օգնության տրամադրումը Ադրբեջանին և չեղարկել է բարձր մակարդակի մի շարք այցեր․ Ջեյմս Օ'Բրայեն

Միացյալ Նահանգները դադարեցրել է ռազմական և այլ օգնության ցուցաբերումը Ադրբեջանին և չեղարկել է բարձր մակարդակի որոշ այցեր, Վաշինգտոնը ուղերձ է հղել Ադրբեջանին, որ  հարաբերություններում դրական տեղաշարժ չի լինի, մինչև առաջընթաց չգրանցվի Հայաստանի հետ «խաղաղության» բանակցություններում, հայտարարել է ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղարի Եվրոպայի և Եվրասիայի հարցերով օգնական Ջեյմս Օ'Բրայենը։ Այդ մասին հայտնում է ՏԱՍՍ-ը։

«Մենք հստակ հասկացրել ենք Ադրբեջանին, որ սեպտեմբերի 19-ի իրադարձություններից հետո ոչինչ նորմալ չի լինի, մինչև առաջընթաց չգրանցվի խաղաղության գործընթացում։ Այնպես որ, մենք չեղարկել ենք բարձր մակարդակի մի շարք այցեր՝ Ադրբեջան, դատապարտել ենք Բաքվի գործողությունները»,- ասել է Օ'Բրայենը։
