«Մայրաքաղաքի համար պատմամշակութային խոշոր արժեք ներկայացնող թաղամասի՝ Կոնդի վերակառուցման ծրագիրը գործնական ընթացք է ստացել: 

Մեր նպատակն այսօր կոնդեցիների կողմից տարիներով տիրապետած տարածքների սեփականության իրավունքի գրանցումն ու կառուցապատման ծրագիր իրականացնելու ժամանակ կառուցապատողի, օտարողի հետ, սեփականության իրավունքների խախտման վերաբերյալ հնարավոր խնդիրների բացառումն է:

Գույքային միավորների օրինականացման համար արդեն իսկ ունենք քաղաքապետարան մուտքագրված 167 դիմում:

Կոնդեցիների հետ քննարկեցինք ծրագրի ու թաղամասի վերակառուցման հայեցակարգի հետ կապված հարցեր:

Երկար սպասված այս նախագծի հիմքում դրված է մեկ նպատակ՝ պահպանելով պատմական թաղամասի ինքնատիպ կոլորիտը համատեղել քաղաքային միջավայրի նորն ու ավանդականը»:
