Հայաստանի կողմից Արցախն Ադրբեջանի մաս ճանաչելը զրկում է Արցախի տարածքում կատարված դեպքերի քննության իրավազորությունից

Հայաստանի կողմից Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության տարածքային ամբողջականության և, ըստ այդմ, Արցախի Հանրապետությունը Ադրբեջանի մաս ճանաչելը ՀՀ-ին զրկում է Արցախի տարածքում կատարված դեպքերի քննության իրավազորությունից: Այս մասին իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է փաստաբան Ալեքսանդր Կոչուբաեւը։

«Ներկայումս Արցախում կատարված հանցանքների քննությունը փոխանցվում է Սյունիքի մարզի առաջին ատյանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանին, ինչը քրեադատավարական խնդիր է, քանի որ այս դեպքում դատարանը քննում է իրեն ոչ ընդդատյա գործ, ինչը վերջինիս վերածում է օրենքի հիման վրա չստեղծված դատարան և արժեզրկում է գործի քննությունը:

Այս հարցերի շուրջ նախապատրստում եմ ուղիղ եթեր, հետաքրքրված անձանց հրավիրում եմ բաց քննարկման: Օրվա և ժամի մասին լրացուցիչ կհայտնեմ»,- գրել է նա։
