Բաքվի ռազմական դատարանի դատավոր Զեյնալ Աղաևի նախագահությամբ տեղի է ունեցել  դատական նիստ:

Ինչպես հաղորդում են ադրբեջանական լրատվամիջոցները, գլխավոր դատախազի օգնական Սեքսենտ Սուլթանովը պահանջեց Վագիֆ Խաչատրյանին դատապարտել 15 տարվա ազատազրկման։

Դատախազն իր ճառում հայտարարեց, որ Վագիֆ Խաչատրյանն իր պատժի առաջին 5 տարին պետք է անցկացնի բանտում, իսկ մնացածը՝ խիստ ռեժիմի գաղութում։

Հիշեցնենք, որ Վագիֆ Խաչատրյանը առևանգվել ու Բաքու էր տարվել ամռանը, երբ փորձում էր Հակարիի ադրբեջանական անցակետով սրտի հրատապ վիրահատության համար Հայաստան գալ։

Ձերբակալությունից մի քանի ժամ անց Բաքուն հայտարարել էր, թե նրան վաղուց են փնտրում, անգամ միջազգային հետախուզում են հայտարարել։

Ադրբեջանը Վագիֆ Խաչատրյանին մեղադրում է «ցեղասպանության, ադրբեջանցիների տեղահանության մեջ»
