Բաքվի դատարանում այսօր կշարունակվի «ցեղասպանության համար» մեղադրվող, Հակարիի կամրջից հուլիսի վերջին առևանգված Վագիֆ Խաչատրյանի գործով հերթական դատական նիստը։

Ըստ ադրբեջանական APA գործակալության՝ «սպասվում է, որ դատական քննությունն այսօր կավարտվի, որից հետո դատախազը մեղադրյալի նկատմամբ պատիժ կպահանջի»։

Անցած դատական նիստը հետաձգվել էր «վկաներից» մեկի բացակայության պատճառով։

Վագիֆ Խաչատուրյանն անցնում է «դեկտեմբերի 22-ին Ադրբեջանի դատախազության կողմից հարուցված քրեական գործով՝ Խոջալուի շրջանի Մեշալի գյուղում 1991 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 22-ին հայկական ապօրինի զինված խմբավորումների անդամների կողմից ցեղասպանության, ազգությամբ ադրբեջանցիների տեղահանության, պետությանը պատկանող գույքի ոչնչացման և վնասման փաստերով»։ Խաչատրյանը հերքում է Բաքվի ներկայացրած մեղադրանքները։
