Նոյեմբերի 3-ին, ժամը 04.40-ին, ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության օպերատիվ կառավարման կենտրոն զանգած քաղաքացին հայտնել էր, որ ժամը 03.30-ի սահմաններում գողացել են Երևանի Բագրատունյաց պողոտայում կայանված իր «ՎԱԶ-2106»-ը: Հայտնել է ՀՀ ոստիկանությունը։

ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության ՔՈԳՎ, Շենգավիթի և Սևանի բաժինների ծառայողների ու Գեղարքունիքի մարզի պարեկների համատեղ ձեռնարկած օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների շնորհիվ նոյեմբերի 3-ի ժամը 09.40-ին Երևան-Սևան-Իջևան ճանապարհի 62-րդ կմ-ին նշված մեքենան կանգնեցվել է, իսկ այն փախցրած 56-ամյա տղամարդը ձերբակալվել և տեղափոխվել է ոստիկանության Սևանի բաժին, որտեղ խոստովանել է արարքը:

56-ամյա տղամարդը և կազմված փաստաթղթերը ներկայացվել են վարույթն իրականացնող մարմին:
