Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, այդ օրը, ժամը 20:10-ի սահմաններում համայնքային ոստիկանության ավագ տեսուչը տեղեկություն է ստանում, որ Տաթևիկ Ե.-ն Մարալիկ քաղաքի իրենց տան ննջասենյակի պատուհանից ինքնասպանություն գործելու նպատակով փորձում է ցած նետվել:

Համայնքային ոստիկանը կարողանում է հոգեբանական զրույց անցկացնելուց հետո համոզել Տաթևիկ Ե.-ին՝ հետ կանգնել ինքնասպանություն գործելու մտադրությունից:

Գ. Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով՝ Տաթևիկ Ե.-ն սովորում է Մարալիկի արհեստագործական ուսումնարանի 1-ին կուրսում, իսկ նա այդ քայլին է դիմել, քանի որ, ըստ իր հայտարարության, մայրը չի թույլատրել, որպեսզի ինքը միայնակ բնակվի:
