«ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեն հրապարակել է տվյալներ սեպտեմբերի 19–ին Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի վրա Ադրբեջանի սանձազերծած լայնածավալ ռազմական հարձակման հետևանքով զոհվածների և վիրավորների, այդ թվում՝ խաղաղ բնակիչների, մասնավորապես երեխաների թվի մասին»,– գրել է նա:
