«Մենք պարբերաբար հանդիպումներ ենք ունենում, հանդիպումներ են եղել նաև «Ադրբեջանի դեմ ռազմական հանցագործություններ կատարելու մեջ մեղադրվող անձանց հետ, նրանց իրավունքները ապահովված են» (չակերտները՝ Tert.am)։  Մենք զգայուն ենք յուրաքանչյուր կալանավորի նկատմամբ, նրանց հնարավորություն է տրվում կապ հաստատել իրենց ընտանիքների հետ, նրանց տրամադրվում է թարգմանիչ»,- նշել է Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության մարդու իրավունքների հանձնակատար (օմբուդսմեն) Սաբինա Ալիևան։
