Հոկտեմբերի 28-ին, ժամը 14։52-ին Ճգնաժամային կառավարման ազգային կենտրոն ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ հրդեհ է բռնկվել Արմավիրի մարզի Արմավիր քաղաքի «Կապույտ կամուրջ» կոչվող տարածքի մոտակայքում գտնվող երկաթի բազայի տարածքում՝ մեկ հարկանի պահեստներից մեկի տանիքում:

Դեպքի վայր է մեկնել ՆԳՆ ՓԾ մարզային փրկարարական վարչության հրշեջ-փրկարարական ջոկատից երկու մարտական հաշվարկ:

Պարզվել է, որ հրդեհը բռնկվել է 5-րդ փողոցում գտնվող երկաթի պահեստի տանիքում (50 քմ)։

Հրդեհը մեկուսացվել է ժամը 15:10-ին, մարվել՝15:32-ին: Այրվել են պահեստի տանիքի փայտե կառուցատարրերը՝ մասամբ (25 քմ)։
