ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղարության խոսնակ Մեթյու Միլերը, «Ամերիկայի ձայնի» փոխանցմամբ, լրագրողների հետ հոկտեմբերի 26-ի ճեպազրույցի ընթացքում ընդգծել է, որ Բաքվի ու Երևանի միջև համաձայնությունը բխում է բոլորի շահերից․ 

«Մենք շարունակում ենք կարծել, որ երկու կողմերի [Հայաստանի ու Ադրբեջանի], ողջ տարածաշրջանի և ավելի լայն աշխարհի շահերից է բխում, որ այդ երկու կողմերը հասնեն խաղաղության համաձայնագրին, և մենք կշարունակենք դա առաջ մղել»,- ասել է Միլերը:
