Սույն թվականի հոկտեմբերի 23-ին ՀՀ երրորդ Նախագահ, ՀՀԿ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի նախագահությամբ տեղի է ունեցել ՀՀԿ Գործադիր մարմնի հերթական նիստը։ Հայտնել է կուսակցության մամուլի ծառայությունը։

Նիստին քննարկվել են Հայաստանի իշխանությունների կողմից Արցախի հանձնմամբ և Ադրբեջանի կողմից ցեղասպանական գործողությունների հետևանքով երկրում ստեղծված սոցիալական ու քաղաքական վիճակը։

Անդրադարձ է կատարվել նաև տարածաշրջանային և աշխարհաքաղաքական զարգացումներին։

Իրականացվել է կատարված աշխատանքների վերլուծություն, բացթողումների և թերացումների վերհանում, որոնց հետ կապված տրվել են հասցեական հանձարարականներ։

Նախագահ Սարգսյանի կողմից տրվել են հանձնարարականներ նաև ներկուսակցական աշխատանքների կազմակերպման և իրագործման վերաբերյալ։

Քննարկվել են նաև Հայաստանում քաղբանտարկյալների, ինչպես նաև Բաքվի բանտերում պահվող մեր հայրենակիցների խնդիրը միջազգային կառույցների ուշադրության կենտրոնում պահելուն ուղղված գործողությունները։
