«Հրապարակ» թերթը գրում է. «Շաբաթ օրը Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն այցելելու է Սյունիք: Առիթը պարեկային ծառայության ներդրումն է։ Չնայած հոկտեմբերի 21-ից մարզում արդեն պարեկներ են երեւացել, սակայն նրանք, ըստ մեր աղբյուրի, դեռ հրամանագրված չեն։ Կապանի հրապարակում մեծ հանդիսավորությամբ նշվելու է մեկնարկը։
