Երևանի քաղաքապետ Տիգրան Ավինյանն իր առաջին որոշումներից մեկով ոսկե մեդալով է պարգևատրել Հայկազ Ջոմարդյանին։

«Ղեկավարվելով Երևան քաղաքի ավագանու 2013 թվականի փետրվարի 12-ի N 604-Ն որոշման N 1 հավելվածի 5-րդ կետի 1-ին ենթակետով և 10-րդ կետով.

1. Հասարակական կարգի պահպանության գործում ներդրած նշանակալի ավանդի և բարեխիղճ գործունեության համար ՀՀ ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության Երևան քաղաքի վարչության հատուկ նշանակության գումարտակի հրամանատար, ոստիկանության փոխգնդապետ Հայկազ Ջոմարդյանին պարգևատրել Երևանի քաղաքապետի ոսկե մեդալով»,-ասված է Ավինյանի որոշման մեջ։

Հայկազ Ջոմարդյանն կարմիր բերետավորների ջոկատի հրամանատարն է։

Ըստ ավելի վաղ տարածված տեղեկությունների՝ Ջոմարդյանի հրամանով էին 2022-ի սեպտեմբերի 21-ին «Եռաբլուր» զինվորական պանթեոնից բռնի կերպով բերման ենթարկվել զոհված զինծառայողների հարազատները։
