Վերաքննիչ դատարանի դատավոր Լուսինե Հովհաննիսյանը մերժել է Նարեկ Մալյանին կալանավորելու որոշման դեմ իմ բողոքը։ Մալյանը կմնա կալանքի տակ առնվազն մինչեւ նոյեմբերի 20-ը։ Այս մասին հայտնում է փաստաբան Ռուբեն Մելիքյանը։

«Հատկանշական է, որ «թշնամանք հրահրելու» մեջ մեղադրվող Մալյանի կալանքի հարցը վերաքննիչում լուծել է այն նույն դատավորը, որն անցյալ տարի՝ «Դիմադրության» շարժման օրերին, անփոփոխ էր թողել նույն հոդվածով մեղադրվող լուսահոգի Արմեն Գրիգորյանի կալանքը։ Ընդ որում, երկու դեպքում էլ վարույթն իրականացվել է ԱԱԾ քննչականում»։
