Սահմանամերձ բնակավայրերի բնակիչներին կոմունալ ծախսերի փոխհատուցում տալու ծրագիրը եւս 3 տարով երկարաձգվեց

Կառավարությունն իր այսօրվա՝ հոկտեմբերի 19-ի նիստում որոշեց եւս 3 տարով երկարաձգել սահմանամերձ համայնքների բնակավայրերին սոցիալական աջակցության տրամադրելու ժամկետը:

Նշենք, որ այժմ գործող կարգավորումներով սահմանված է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության սահմանամերձ համայնքներին տրվող սոցիալական աջակցության փոխհատուցման ենթակա ծավալները, փոխհատուցման կարգն ու փոխհատուցում ստացող սահմանամերձ համայնքների ցանկը:

Ներկայումս աջակցություն է ստանում սահմանամերձ 23 համայնքների 82 բնակավայրեր։

Սոցիալական աջակցության ծրագիրը գործում է 2015 թվականից և օրենքի գործողության ժամկետը երկու անգամ երկարաձգվել է։ Համաձայն գործող օրենքի ժամկետը ավարտվում է 2024 թվականի հունվարի 1-ից։

Նախագծով առաջարկվում է ևս 3 տարով երկարաձգել գործող օրենքի ժամկետը, ինչը հնարավորություն կտա սոցիալական աջակցություն ստացող համայնքների բնակավայրերի ցանկում ընդգրկված բնակավայրերի բնակիչներին շարունակելու ստանալ փոխհատուցում բնական գազի, էլեկտրաէներգիայի, ոռոգման ջրի, ինչպես նաև օգտվել սահմանված այլ փոխհատուցման ծրագրերից։
