Էրեբունի-Երևանը 2805 տարեկան է: Այս առիթով Էրեբունի վարչական շրջանի ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրառում  է արվել՝ պատմական ակնարկ ներկայացնելով քաղաքի մասին:

«Մեր մայրաքաղաքի հիմնադրման առաջին տարեդարձը՝ 2750-րդ ամյակը, նշվել է 1968թ. հոկտեմբերին։ Այդ օրերի նշանակալի իրադարձություններից էր նաև Երևանի հիմնադրման թանգարանի բացումն Արին-Բերդ բլրի ստորոտում և թանգարանին հարող փողոցի անվանակոչումը՝ «Էրեբունի»։

Գրեթե միշտ այս օրերին ամբողջ քաղաքը՝ հատկապես Էրեբունի փողոցը, լեփ-լեցուն էր մարդկանցով: Մեծ տոնախմբությունը համախմբում էր ոչ միայն տեղի բնակիչներին, այլև աշխարհասփյուռ հայությանը:

Եվ մենք լիահույս ենք, որ դեռ շատ առիթներ կունենանք մեր սրտի մայրաքաղաքի տարեդարձը մեծ տոնախմբությամբ տոնելու»։
