«Գեղարքունիքի մարզում՝ Մարտունու ծննդատանը, լույս աշխարհ է եկել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղից երկրորդ երեխան՝ 4050 գրամ քաշով, 51 սանտիմետր հասակով։ 

Աղջիկ երեխային անվանակոչել են Էմիլի։

Էմիլին ծնվել է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Մարտակերտի շրջանի Ուսալար գյուղից 2023 թվականի սեպտեմբերին բռնի տեղահանված և Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Մարտունի համայնքի Ձորագյուղ գյուղում ապաստանած Սարգիս և Մարիամ Սարգսյանների ընտանիքում։

Էմիլին այս ամուսնական զույգի առաջին զավակն է։ Ուսալարում մի հարկի տակ Սարգսյանները բնակվել են ինը շնչով՝ ծննդկանի ամուսինը, ամուսնու ծնողները, եղբայրը, կինը և նրանց երեք զավակները, ովքեր նույն կազմով էլ բռնի տեղահանվել ու ապաստան են գտել Մարտունի համայնքի Ձորագյուղում՝ հյուրընկալող ընտանիքում։

Էմիլին դարձել է Սարգսյան ընտանիքի տասներորդ անդամը։

Սարգիս Սարգսյանը մասնագիտությամբ զինվորական է, պայմանագրային կարգով ծառայել է Արցախի պաշտպանության բանակում»։
