Հոկտեմբերի 11-ին ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանը հանդիպել է ԱՄՆ Կովկասյան բանակցությունների հարցերով ավագ խորհրդական, ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահ Լուիս Բոնոյին:

Անդրադառնալով Հարավային Կովկասոմ տևական խաղաղության և կայունության հաստատման, Հայաստան-Ադրբեջան հարաբերությունների կարգավորման գործընթացին՝ Արարատ Միրզոյանն ընդգծել է ՀՀ տարածքային ամբողջականության, ինքնիշխանության նկատմամբ ոտնձգությունների զսպման, իսկ Ադրբեջանի կողմից դրանց բացակայության հավաստման պարագայում՝ այդ երկրի կողմից խաղաղության գործընթացում կառուցողական ներգրավվելու անհրաժեշտությունը:

Մտքեր են փոխանակվել նաև Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի 100 հազարից ավել բռնի տեղահանված հայերի համար առկա հումանիտար մարտահրավերների և իրավունքների հասցեագրման շուրջ:
