Փոխվարչապետ Տիգրան Խաչատրյանն ընդունել է Հայաստանում Կարմիր խաչի միջազգային կոմիտեի (ԿԽՄԿ) պատվիրակության ղեկավար Թիերի Ռիբոյին և Հայկական կարմիր խաչի ընկերության (ՀԿԽԸ) գլխավոր քարտուղար Աննա Եղիազարյանին: 

Գերատեսչությունից հաղորդում են, որ հանդիպման ընթացքում անդրադարձ է կատարվել Լեռային Ղարաբաղից ավելի քան 100,000 հայերի բռնի տեղահանման արդյունքում ձևավորված հումանիտար իրավիճակին։

Փոխվարչապետը բարձր է գնահատել մեր հայրենակիցների առաջնային կարիքների հասցեագրման գործընթացում ԿԽՄԿ-ի և ՀԿԽԸ-ի ակտիվ ներգրավվածությունը՝ վստահություն հայտնելով նաև միջնաժամկետ և երկարաժամկետ աջակցության ծրագրերի շուրջ արդյունավետ փոխգործակցության վերաբերյալ։

Զրուցակիցները քննարկել են ԼՂ-ից բռնի տեղահանված անձանց սոցիալական և առողջապահական կարիքների հասցեագրմանն ուղղված հարցերի լայն շրջանակ։
