Սեպտեմբերի 28-ին Տալլինում տեղի են ունեցել քաղաքական խորհրդակցություններ Հայաստանի և Էստոնիայի արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունների միջև։ Հայկական պատվիրակությունը ներկայացնում էր ԱԳ նախարարի տեղակալ Պարույր Հովհաննիսյանը, էստոնականը՝ ԱԳՆ քաղաքական հարցերով փոխպետքարտուղար Կիլիկե Սիլաստե-Էլինգը։

Խորհրդակցությունների ընթացքում անդրադարձ է կատարվել հայ-էստոնական երկկողմ համագործակցության լայն շրջանակի։ Քննարկվել են տարբեր ոլորտներում համագործակցության ընդլայնման հնարավորությունները։ Պարույր Հովհաննիսյանը զրուցակցին է ներկայացրել սեպտեմբերի 19-ին Ադրբեջանի կողմից սանձազերծված լայնածավալ ռազմական ագրեսիայի և Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի ժողովրդի զանգվածային բռնի տեղահանման հետևանքով ստեղծված իրավիճակը։

Ընդգծվել է միջազգային համարժեք գնահատականի կարևորությունը մարդասիրական մարտահրավերների հաղթահարման գործում։ Նախարարի տեղակալը կարևորել է ՀՀ տարածքային ամբողջականության և ինքնիշխանության նկատմամբ նկրտումների զսպման հրամայականը՝ այդ համատեքստում շեշտելով ԵՄ դիտորդական առաքելության տեղակայման կարևորությունը։
