Փարիզը դրդեց Երևանին պատասխանատվությունը հանձնել Ռուսաստանի վրա կատարվածի համար։ Այս մասին ճեպազրույցի ընթացքում հայտարարել է ՌԴ ԱԳՆ ներկայացուցիչ Մարիա Զախարովան՝ պատասխանելով Ֆրանսիայի նախագահ Էմանուիլ Մակրոնին։

«Մոսկվան գիտի ֆրանսիական իշխանությունների տեխնիկան։ Նրանց կողմնակալությունն ակնհայտ է, հայ-ադրբեջանական հարաբերությունները կարգավորելիս նրանք հետապնդել են իրենց շահերը և չեն ձգտել խաղաղություն հաստատել տարածաշրջանում»,- ասել է Զախարովան։

Դիվանագետը Մակրոնին, ով Մոսկվային Հայաստանի տարածքային ամբողջականությանը սպառնացող Ադրբեջանի հանցակից էր անվանել, շատ հարուստ երեւակայությամբ երազող է որակել։
