«Հրապարակ» թերթը գրում է. «Թեպետ ՔՊ-ական պատգամավորները խրոխտ գրառումներով ու հայտարարություններով են հանդես գալիս՝ Արցախում եւ Հայաստանում ստեղծված իրավիճակի վերաբերյալ, եւ կատարվածը բարդում Ռուսաստանի եւ 5-րդ շարասյան վրա, սակայն մեր աղբյուրներն ասում են, որ, սեպտեմբերի 19-ից սկսած, նրանց մեծ մասը վախենում է փողոց դուրս գալ: Անգամ իրենց սիրած ռեստորաններ, ժամանցի գողտրիկ վայրեր այցելելու համարձակություն չունեն։
