«Հրապարակ» թերթը գրում է. «Իշխանության մեր աղբյուրներից տեղեկացանք, որ ՔՊ-ում հատուկ սադրիչներ են պատրաստել, որոնց գործուղում են Հանրապետության հրապարակ՝ հանուն Արցախի բողոքի ակցիաների ժամանակ սադրանքներ հրահրելու, ոստիկանների նկատմամբ բռնության կոչեր եւ գործողություններ գեներացնելու համար։

Հաշվարկն այն է, որ հարամեն ակցիաները, տպավորություն ստեղծեն, թե ջարդարար խուլիգանների բանդա է հավաքվում՝ այլ քաղաքացիների վանելով ցույցերից: Բացի այդ, մարդկանց վախեցնելու, զանգվածային ձերբակալություններ իրականացնելու հիմքեր ստեղծեն։ Նախօրեին շշերից բացի, քարեր նետվեցին ոստիկանական պատի ուղղությամբ, երեկ իրավապահները հաղորդեցին, որ 28 անձ ձերբակալվել է՝ «զանգվածային անկարգություններ կատարելու» կասկածանքով։

Իրավապահները եռանդով աշխատում են ցուցարարների նկատմամբ քրեական գործեր հարուցելու, բերման ենթարկելու ուղղությամբ, այն, ինչը տարիներ առաջ կիրառվում էր Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի եւ այլ ընդդիմադիրների դեմ»:
