Կրեմլի խոսնակ Դմիտրի Պեսկովը ՌԴ Պետխորհրդի նախագահության նիստից առաջ հայտարարել է, որ Արցախի պատկանելության հիմնական հարցը լուծված է:

«Այն լուծվել և կարգավորվել է Արցախի պատկանելիությունը ճանաչելու Հայաստանի որոշմամբ։ Կարելի է ասել՝ էական առաջընթաց է գրանցվել», — ասել է խոսնակը։

Պեսկովի խոսքով՝ խաղաղության պայմանագրի ստորագրման ժամկետները որոշված չեն, բայց նախադրյալներ կան։

«Շատ տեխնիկական խնդիրներ են մնացել։ Բայց դրա համար բոլոր նախադրյալները կան, և բարի կամքի առկայության դեպքում հնարավոր կլինի դուրս գալ վերջնագիծ», — նշել է նա։
