ԼՂ տեղեկատվական էջերից իմացա, որ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի իշխանություններն ընդունել են ռուս խաղաղապահների առաջարկությունը։ Այդ մասին այսօր իր ուղերձում ասաց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը։

Նրա խոսքով՝ տեքստին ծանոթացել է, ու քանի որ այդ տեքստի ձևավորմանը ՀՀ-ն որևէ կերպ չի մասնակցել, քննարկումների կողմ չի եղել, առաջին նկատառումն այն է, որ տեքստում խոսվում է ՀՀ զինված ուժերի մասին։

«Խոսքը ԼՂ-ում մնացած ՀՀ զինված ուժերի մնացած ստորաբաժանումների մասին է։ Այս փաստը մեզ համար այնքան էլ հասկանալի չէ այն պայմաններում, երբ բազմիցս ասել ենք՝ 2021-ի օգոստոսից ՀՀ-ն ԼՂ-ում բանակ չունի։ Բայց, ամեն դեպքում, այս հայտարարությունը մենք ընդունում ենք ի գիտություն»,- ասաց նա։
