Նյու Յորքում ՄԱԿ ԳԱ 78-րդ նստաշրջանի շրջանակներում ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանը սեպտեմբերի 19-ին հանդիպում է ունեցել ԵԱՀԿ գործող նախագահ, Հյուսիսային Մակեդոնիայի ԱԳ նախարար Բույար Օսմանիի հետ:

Հանդիպման առանցքում են եղել սեպտեմբերի 19-ից Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի ժողովրդի դեմ Ադրբեջանի կողմից իրականացվող լայնածավալ ագրեսիայի հետևանքով ի հայտ եկած անվտանգային և հումանիտար լրջագույն խնդիրները: Նախարար Միրզոյանը նշել է, որ Ադրբեջանն, առաջնորդվելով անպատժելիության զգացումով, միջազգային կառույցների կողմից զսպիչ քայլերի բացակայությունն ընկալում է որպես ամենաթողություն և բացահայտ ուժի կիրառման միջոցով ձգտում հասնել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում էթնիկ զտման:
