Արցախի Հանրապետության նախագահ Սամվել Շահրամանյանը սեպտեմբերի 18-ին ստորագրել է հրամանագիր Արթուր Իվանի Հարությունյանին պետական նախարար նշանակելու մասին:

Երկրի ղեկավարի մեկ այլ հրամանագրով՝ փոփոխություն է կատարվել «Արցախի Հանրապետության պետական նախարարի կողմից նախարարների գործունեության համակարգման մասին» նախագահի հրամանագրում, համաձայն որի՝ պետական նախարարը համակարգելու է հետևյալ նախարարների գործունեությունը՝

1) առողջապահության նախարար.

2) արդարադատության նախարար.

3) գյուղատնտեսության նախարար.

4) կրթության, գիտության, մշակույթի և սպորտի նախարար.

5) սոցիալական զարգացման և միգրացիայի նախարար.

6) տարածքային կառավարման և ենթակառուցվածքների նախարար.

7) քաղաքաշինության նախարար.

8) ֆինանսների և էկոնոմիկայի նախարար:
