Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեն հայտնում է, որ «Ռոսգրանստրոյի» տնօրինության տեղեկացմամբ՝ Վերին Լարսի ավտոմոբիլային անցակետի վերակառուցման ավարտական փուլով պայմանավորված՝ սեպտեմբերի 18-ից 24-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում Ռուսաստանի Դաշնություն մուտք գործելու ուղղությամբ բեռնատար տրանսպորտային միջոցների համար երթևեկելի գոտիներում իրականացվում են ասֆալտապատման աշխատանքներ։

ՌԴ գնացող ճանապարհին կկազմակերպվի դարձափոխային երթևեկություն։ Սպասվում է թողունակության ժամանակավոր նվազում, ինչը կարող է հանգեցնել բեռնատար տրանսպորտային միջոցների կուտակումների։ Անցակետում իրականացվում են ներքին հարդարման, սարքավորումների տեղադրման, կահավորման, ճանապարհների երեսպատման, եզրաքարերի տեղադրման աշխատանքներ։

«Ռոսգրանստրոյը» քաղաքացիներին հորդորում է պլանավորել ժամանակը՝ Վերին Լարսով ուղևորություն ծրագրելիս:
