Հովհ. Թումանյանի թանգարանը նորոգման, 2-րդ մասնաշենքի վերակառուցման և հարկերի ավելացման աշխատանքներով պայմանավորված, 31 ամիս ժամկետով դադարեցրել է այցելուների ընդունումը:

2023 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 20-ից թանգարանը ժամանակավորապես գործելու է Աբովյան 51/1 հասցեում՝ «Հրանտ Մաթևոսյան» մշակութային կենտրոն-թանգարանի հյուրընկալ հարկի ներքո: Վերոնշյալ տարածքում թանգարանն ունենալու է մշտական ցուցադրության բաժիններ, ինչպես նաև իրականացնելու է ցուցահանդեսներ, հանդիպում-քննարկումներ, կրթական ծրագրեր, մշակութային երեկոներ՝ նվիրված Թումանյան-Մաթևոսյան գրական առնչություններին, և այլ միջոցառումներ:
