«Հրապարակ» թերթը գրում է. «ՔՊ-ն քարոզարշավը կեզրափակի հանրահավաքով: Սկզբում հանրահավաքի վայր են դիտարկել Հանրապետության հրապարակը, սակայն որոշումը կանգ է առել Երեւանի քաղաքապետարանի հրապարակի վրա, քանի որ Հանրապետության հրապարակ լցնելը բարդ գործ է, ուստի ճիշտը քաղաքապետարանի մոտ հավաքվելն է, որտեղ մարդկանց սակավությունն աչք չի ծակի։

Այսպիսով՝ սեպտեմբերի 15-ին, ժամը 19.00-ին ՔՊ-ն փորձելու է մեծ հանրահավաք անել, արդեն իսկ հրահանգվել է բոլորին՝ պատգամավորից սկսած, վերջացրած նախարարներով, որ իրենց հետ մի քանի տասնյակ մարդ տանեն՝ էական չէ, թե ում եւ որ քաղաքներից։ Մեր աղբյուրները փոխանցում են, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն էլ է մասնակցելու քարոզարշավին»:
