«Հրապարակ օրաթերթը» գրում է․

Արցախում իրավիճակն օրեցօր սրվում է, ամենածանրը հացի խնդիրն է։ Կառավարությունը որոշում է ընդունել, որ անհատներից պարտադիր գնումներ արվեն, խոսքը հացահատիկի մասին է։ Հատկապես Ստեփանակերտից դուրս համայնքներում մարդիկ ամբարել են իրենց հացահատիկը եւ հրաժարվում են վաճառել՝ նկատի ունենալով, որ գնալով հացի խնդիրն ավելի է սրվելու, կառավարության որոշմամբ՝ ալրաղացները բնակիչներից պարտադիր գնում են հացահատիկի 10-20 տոկոսը եւ վաճառում պետությանը, որպեսզի պետությունը կարողանա գոնե կտրոնով բոլորին հաց ապահովել։

Ընդ որում, արդեն քանի օր է՝ հացն Արցախում ստանում են ոչ միայն ցորենի ալյուրից, այլեւ խառը՝ եգիպտացորենի եւ հացահատիկային այլ տեսակներից։ Պատմում են, որ հումանիտար իրավիճակն այնքան սրված է, որ ընտանիքում մեծերն օրերով հաց չեն ուտում, որ հացը երեխաներին բաժին հասնի։
