Ավելի լավ է՝ պրոցեդուրան երեկոյան անել, որպեսզի հնարավորություն լինի կոմպրեսն ամբողջ գիշեր ոտքին թողնել:

Պատրաստումը՝

  1. Հացը թրջիր քացախի մեջ և դիր կոշտուկի վրա: 2. Քացախով հացը կերակրի թաղանթով ամրացրու ոտքիդ: 3. Վրայից տաք գուլպա հագիր: 4. Կոմպրեսն առավոտյան հանիր: Կոշտուկը կփափկի և հեշտությամբ հնարավոր կլինի հեռացնել:
