«Ամերիկացին» ֆիլմով Լոս Անջելեսում բացվել է Հայկական ֆիլմերի փառատոնը

Հայկական ֆիլմերի փառատոը իր շուրջն էր համախմբել էր պրոդյուսերների, ռեժիսորների, դերասանների, պետական և քաղաքական այրերի և կինոսիրողների։ Փառատոնի բացման ֆիլմը, մեծ հետաքրքրություն առաջացրած Մայքլ Գուրջեանի «Ամերիկացին» էր։ Փառատոնի կազմակերպիչներ, «Հայկական Ֆիլմընկերության» հիմնադիրներ Արմեն և Մերի Կարաօղլանյանները փառատոնի աշխատանքներին երկար են պատրաստվել ՝ դեռ 2015 թվականից։

«Հայկական Ֆիլմընկերությունը» իր առաջին կինոփառատոնը կազմակերպել է Հայ կինոյի ստեղծման 100- ամյակի առիթով։ Նրանց նպատակը հեռանկարային է՝ աշխարհին ծանոթացնել հայկական ֆիլմերին, ստեղծել համագործակցության դաշտ և ավելի շատ ֆիլմեր նկարել Հայաստոնում։ Հանդիսատեսը հնարավորություն կունենան դիտել 12 ֆիլմ, շփվել ռեժիսորների հետ, լսել Հայաստանում նկարահանումների մասին պատմնություններ։
