Խթանվում է ավիացիայի ոլորտում ուսումնական հաստատությունների ներդրումը

Կառավարությունն իր այսօրվա՝ սեպտեմբերի 7-ի նիստում լրացումներ է կատարել նախկինում ընդունած որոշումներից մեկում՝ քաղաքացիական և ռազմական ավիացիայի օդանավերի համատեղ բազավորման ու համատեղ օգտագործման աերոդրոմների օգտագործման ընթացակարգային հարցերի կարգավորման նպատակով։

Ըստ հիմնավորման՝ ներկայումս «Արզնի» օդանավակայանը ներառված է ռազմական օդանավակայանների ցանկում և գտնվում է ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարության ենթակայության ներքո։ «Արզնի» օդանավակայանը ընդգրկելով քաղաքացիական և ռազմական ավիացիայի օդանավերի համատեղ բազավորման աերոդրոմների ցանկում՝ հնարավորություն կընձեռվի զարգացնելու ՀՀ-ում փոքր ավիացիայի ոլորտը։

Ներկայումս հանրապետությունում փոքր և ուսումնական ավիացիայի ոլորտում շահագործվող օդանավերն ունեն խնդիրներ օդանավերի բազավորման հարցում, և որոշման ընդունումը կնպաստի տվյալ հարցի կարգավորմանը։ Այն կնպաստի նաև ուսումնական ավիացիայի զարգացմանը, ինչպես նաև կարող է ներդրողների համար գրավիչ միջավայր ստեղծել։
