«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Մեր ունեցած տեղեկություններով, վեր ջերս ՀՀ նախագահ Վահագն Խաչատուրյանը ոսկե մեդալով է պարգևատրել «Պրոյեկտ ինտեր-ինվեստ» ՍՊԸ տնօրեն, Ծաղկաձորում գտնվող «Գոլդեն փելիս» հյուրանոցի սեփականատեր Նարեկ Նալբանդյանին:

«Փաստ» թերթը փորձեց ճշտել, թե ինչի՞ համար կարող էր ՀՀ նախագահը մեդալով պարգևատրել գործարարին: Պարզվեց՝ խոսքը Համահայկական խաղերի ոսկե մեդալի մասին է, որը հանձնվել է օգոստոսի 23-ին Գյումրիում՝ Համահայկական 8-րդ ամառային խաղերի փակման արարողության ժամանակ:

Ինչ վերաբերում է ոսկե մեդալով պարգևատրելու պատճառներին , ապա, մեր աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ, Նարեկ Նալբանդյանը 100 մլն դրամ է նվիրաբերել Համահայկական խաղերի անցկացման համար:
