«Հրապարակ» թերթը գրում է. «Ազգային ժողովը կարծիքների հավաքագրման համակարգ է ձեռք բերել, որի համար պետական բյուջեից «Էլիքս» ընկերությանը վճարվել է 2 մլն 290 հազար դրամ։ Տեխնիկական բնութագրից տեղեկանում ենք, որ այդ համակարգը, ըստ էության, կայք է, որտեղ քաղաքացիները պետք է հայտնեն ԱԺ-ի վերաբերյալ իրենց կարծիքները։

Հետաքրքիր է, որ նախապես ցանկանում են ներդնել «արգելքներ», որպեսզի քաղաքացիները չկարողանան վիրավորանքներ ու հայհոյանքներ գրել, ինչպես ասում են՝ ԱԺ-ում լավ գիտեն իրենց գլխին գալիքը, բայցեւ գիտեն, որ օր-օրի քաղաքացիների վստահությունը կորցնում են, եւ սեփական մոնիթորինգի ծրագիր ունենալը, հանրային տրամադրությունները պարբերաբար շոշափելը իրենց չեն վնասի»:
