Wildberries-ը գործարկել է թերի ապրանքների վերադարձի նոր ծառայություն:

Այժմ, եթե ապրանքն օգտագործելու ընթացքում գնորդը թերություն հայտնաբերի, նա կարող է ուղղակիորեն կապվել վաճառողի հետ՝ վճարումից հետո 14 օր անց գնման վերադարձը տալու համար։ Դա անելու համար դուք պետք է գրեք վաճառողին chat-ի միջոցով «Գնումներ» բաժնում՝ «Անձնական հաշիվ»:

Վաճառողը, խնդրանքը քննարկելուց հետո, կկարողանա ընդունել կամ մերժել այն, ինչպես նաև հաճախորդի հետ քննարկել փոխհատուցման ձևաչափը, վերադարձնելու միջոցները, պայմանավորվել փոխարինող ապրանքի շուրջ կամ հանձնել պատվերի մի մասը (եթե ինչ-ինչ պատճառներով առաքվել է):
