Ուսման վարձի լրացուցիչ զեղչ՝ ապրիլյան պատերազմում մարտական հերթապահություն իրականացրած ուսանողների համար

ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարության և Հայաստանի երիտասարդական հիմնադրամի միջև ձեռք է բերվել համաձայնություն, ըստ որի՝ 2016թ. ապրիլյան պատերազմի ժամանակահատվածում միայն մարտական  հերթապահության մեջ ընդգրկված զինծառայողները, որոնք մարտական գործողություններին չեն մասնակցել և արդեն  զորացրվել են, ՀՀ բուհերում սովորելիս կարող են օգտվել լրացուցիչ 20 տոկոս զեղչից։

Ըստ  պայմանավորվածության՝ զեղչի գումարը կհատկացվի Հայաստանի երիտասարդական հիմնադրամի կողմից, ինչը  կգումարվի սահմանված 30 տոկոս զեղչին՝ ընդհանուր կազմելով 50 տոկոս։  

Այսպիսով կլուծվեն որոշ զինծառայողների զինգրքույկներում կատարված գրանցումների մասնավոր սխալների  հարցը, ինչպես նաև մարտական հերթապահության և մարտական գործողությունների հետ կապված  տարբերությունների խնդիրները։
