Արցախյան ճգնաժամը պահանջում է անհապաղ գործողություն ԱՄՆ-ի կողմից։ Այս մասին X-ի իր հարթակում հայտարարել է ԱՄՆ կոնգրեսական Ադամ Շիֆը եւ ներկայացրել այդ ուղղությամբ իր հերթական քայլը.

«Այսօր ես հորդորեցի ԱՄՆ նախագահին շտապ հրավիրել ՄԱԿ-ի Անվտանգության խորհրդի նիստ՝ դադարեցնելու ադրբեջանական շրջափակումը: Եվ օգտագործեք բոլոր հասանելի գործիքները՝ աջակցելու Արցախի ժողովրդին եւ կանխելու հերթական ցեղասպանությունը»,-գրել է նա:
