Մահացու հրազենային վիրավորումով 2 զինծառայողների մասին տեղեկությունների հրապարակումից անմիջապես հետո Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի աշխատակազմում նախաձեռնվել է քննարկման ընթացակարգ։ Այս մասին տեղեկացնում են ՄԻՊ գրասենյակից։

«Միջադեպերի հետ կապված՝ պարզաբանումներ ստանալու նպատակով գրություններ են ուղարկվել իրավասու պետական մարմիններին։

Պաշտպանն ընդգծում է, որ Զինված ուժերում նման դեպքերի առկայությունը մտահոգությունների տեղիք է տալիս։ Պաշտպանը կարևորում է իրավասու պետական մարմինների կողմից ինչպես նշված գործերի արդյունավետ քննության իրականացումը, այնպես էլ համանման դեպքերի կանխարգելմանն ուղղված անհրաժեշտ միջոցառումների ձեռնարկումը։

Զինված ուժերում մարդու իրավունքներին առնչվող ցանկացած հարց գտնվում է Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի անմիջական ուշադրության ներքո։ Պաշտպանը հետևողական է լինելու ոլորտում առկա խնդիրների հասցեավորմանն ու դրանց լուծմանն ուղղված քայլերի իրականացմանը»,- ասված է հաղորդագրության մեջ։
