«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է. ««Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթի տեղեկություններով՝ իշխող «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության նախընտրական շտաբը գործելու է օգոստոսի 23-ից՝ քարոզարշավի մեկնարկին զուգահեռ:

Ինչպես հայտնի է, ՔՊ գլխավոր շտաբը Հյուսիսային պողոտայում է գտնվում. գրասենյակը դեռ պատրաստ չէ, այս պահին այնտեղ վերանորոգման աշխատանքներ են ընթանում, ինչով պայմանավորված՝ կուսակցությունում խառն են: Մեր տեղեկություններով՝ գրասենյակի նորոգման աշխատանքները եւս Արմեն Փամբուխչյանն է անձամբ համակարգում:

Շտաբի բացվելուց հետո արդեն պարբերաբար այնտեղ հավաքներ, քննարկումներ կլինեն՝ ավագանու ընտրությունների հետ կապված:

Գլխավոր շտաբը բացելուց հետո արդեն ամեն վարչական շրջանում շտաբներ կբացվեն, որոնք կկորդինացվեն Արմեն Փամբուխչյանի կողմից»:
